Today in Drama we completed the following:

Homework:
3-5 paragraph Introduction Letter
Students will write a letter to me about where they are from, what they like to do, why they wanted to join drama, have they been in a drama class before, if so, what was it like, etc. The letter should be written on a separate sheet of lined paper with the proper school heading (Fist and last name, date, subject, period.).
Due:  "B" Day: Friday, August 28

- Then we played a game called Two Truths and a Lie where students had to write two truths and one lie (in a mixed order) on an index card, read those things out loud to their classmates, and see if they could fool the class. It was a great way for students to begin feeling comfortable with talking in front of large groups of peers.

Note:
Students are expected to have their Planner out and ready at the beginning of each class period.
